Swinerton and BRIDGE Housing Raise $100k to Support 2019 San Francisco Housing Bond
Proposed by Mayor London N. Breed and Board of Supervisors President Norman Yee the Bond enables approximately 2,800 units of affordable housing to start construction in the next four years.
SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Swinerton, the #1 General Contractor in California as ranked by ENR CA, is proudly united with non-profit and seasoned development partner BRIDGE Housing on a campaign to bring awareness to the housing crisis in San Francisco and fundraise to support Proposition A, the San Francisco Housing Bond on the November ballot. This bond was added to the City's Capital Plan; previously there was no Affordable Housing Bond scheduled for any upcoming election.
