Swinerton Southeast Delivers 100 Percent Affordable Senior Living Community Sycamore Heights
Swinerton announces the completion of 100 percent affordable senior housing development. Sycamore Heights, located in Jefferson, Ga., is slated to begin moving in residents in April 2021.
ATLANTA, April 20, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Swinerton, a top-ranked, employee-owned General Contractor established in 1888, announces the completion of its latest 100 percent affordable senior housing development. Sycamore Heights, located in Jefferson, Ga., which received substantial completion on March 25, 2021 and is slated to begin moving in residents in April 2021.
Nestled on eight acres, the 78,717-sq.ft. OneStreet Residential facility was designed by Foley Design Architects as a 55 and over senior living community with one, three-story building that consists of 64 total apartments. The facility offers both one-and-two bedroom apartments and already is 74 percent leased. With an emphasis on promoting a sense of community, connection and well-being, Sycamore Heights includes a fitness center, community room with bistro, multi-purpose room, covered wrap-around porch, and additional gathering areas throughout the building and outdoors.

Sycamore Heights is the latest project to be constructed throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
