The Atlanta division expects to finish 2023 with over $150 million in revenue, representing approximately 130% year-over-year growth. In this position, Schwerzler plays an instrumental role in maintaining and enhancing the division's upward trajectory.

The Atlanta division finished 2022 topping $64 million in revenue compared to $68 million in 2021 for the combined Carolinas and Atlanta divisions.

The Atlanta division was recently selected by the City of Atlanta as a Managing General Contractor On-Call for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where Swinerton is currently overseeing renovations to a Delta Sky Club as well as other construction and maintenance projects. Swinerton also provided general contracting services for the interior construction of a first-generation office space for 3M at The Edison in Alpharetta. Schwerzler comes to Swinerton from Office Creations, a Norcross, Ga.-based workspace design and office furniture company, where she was business development manager – government and community relations. Prior to that, she was the director of development for the Gwinnett County Library system, where she established an inaugural donor and fundraising program.
