The certification of SwitchRay’s site focused on R&D, product support, marketing, sales and strategic development activities, demonstrating SwitchRay’s unwavering commitment to continuous quality improvement for its softswitch and antifraud products and services.
The audit was conducted by British Standards Institution (BSI), a leading certification business service provider. The key components to complete the ISO 9001:2008 certification include customer satisfaction as well as establishing and implementing continuous improvement processes, which reside at the core of SwitchRay’s mission, strategy and values.
During the audit, the SwitchRay team underwent a detailed review of the company’s quality management processes, verifying the effectiveness and adherence to the ISO 9001:2008 standards in the area of telecommunication software and hardware including design, development, implementation, maintenance and sales.
