Swivel, Inc., a digital office platform, today announced the appointments of Tim Hines as VP of Marketing and Simon McGown as Director of Design Services to its leadership team. Both additions will help drive the company to further expand its footprint across North America in the coming year.

  • Tim Hines will oversee all marketing communication initiatives including go-to market, partner marketing, sales enablement and lead and demand generation. He brings over 15 years of experience in developing and executing marketing initiatives with a multitude of companies including Tribune Media, Ticketmaster, and the CIA.
  • Simon McGown will lead in the roll-out and delivery of VR design services and technology to Swivel’s customers. He brings extensive knowledge and experience in architecture and user-experience in commercial office real estate.

For 2020, Swivel more than doubled its customer base and expanded into new markets including Denver, Los Angeles, Miami and Philadelphia, onboarded more than 1.5M in square footage of office space, and was recently honored with the 2020 Austin Inno on Fire Award. This continued company momentum speaks to significant market opportunity and demand for digital technology in office leasing during unprecedented times that is paving the way for property landlords to offer a more flexible product and tenant experience post-COVID.
