Symmetry Software Supports S.E.E.4Vets at Annual Golf Event

Scottsdale, Ariz. (PRWEB) May 19, 2016 -- Mixing the love of golf with the passion for philanthropy, Symmetry Software has donated $5,000 to the S.E.E.4Vets third annual charity golf tournament. The tournament – which will be held May 20 at TPC Scottsdale – raises money for veteran students at Maricopa Community Colleges, with a focus on the Matt Success Scholarship program. Tom Reahard, Jon Bohnert, Troy Prosser and Chris Back will be presenting Symmetry Software as a foursome.

“Symmetry Software is proud to be a patriot sponsor for the S.E.E.4Vets third annual golf tournament,” said CEO and Founder of Symmetry Software, Tom Reahard. “S.E.E.4Vets has an important mission to help veteran students achieve their education goals, and Symmetry couldn’t be more excited to support this undertaking.”

In 2015, the golf event raised $31,000 in grants that were issued to Paradise Valley Community College, GateWay Community College and Glendale Community College. Returning from overseas is extremely difficult, and education can take a back seat, but S.E.E.4Vets aims to help smooth the transition to civilian and academic life. As a patriot sponsor, Symmetry Software is directly involved with the higher education of Arizona veterans.

In addition to golf, Symmetry Software has been invited to participate in the silent auction, raffle and happy hour celebration in the Thunderbird Room of TPC, as part of the sponsorship. The event kicks off at noon with an opening keynote by Scottsdale Mayor Jim Lane and concludes with a presentation by US Army veteran and Purple Heart recipient, Ian Parkinson.
