Novogradac to Host 2022 Tax Credit Housing Finance Conference Dec. 1-2
SAN FRANCISCO , Nov. 4, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Analyzing the potential paths forward after the November mid-term election will lead the conversation among topics planned for discussion at the upcoming Novogradac 2022 Tax Credit Housing Finance Conference Dec. 1-2 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The possibility of tax extender legislation, who will hold key roles in Congress and how the election will shape the horizon for affordable housing and regulation in the coming years will also be topics of conversation.
"Once we are past the mid-term elections, we will begin to get a clearer picture on the legislative forecast for tax incentives that impact affordable housing," said Jeffrey T. Nishita, CPA, a partner in Novogradac's San Francisco office and conference chair. "Our panels at the Las Vegas conference will have experts providing a window into how the legislative and financial future could look."
Conference panel topics will include discussion of the Average Income Test regulations, a look at the state of state credits, preservation pointers and panels on the LIHTC equity market and debt financing. The full agenda can be found here.
A virtual attendance option for the conference will also offer networking opportunities through Novogradac's Nexus exhibit hall and a live question-and-answer period after each session.
The Novogradac 2022 Tax Credit Housing Finance Conference is sponsored by Alliant Strategic, Arnall, Golden, Gregory LLP, Cinnaire, Enterprise Community Partners, Entrata, R4 Capital, and Sugar Creek Capital.
Novogradac will also offer pre-conference workshops, LIHTC 101: The Basics, and LIHTC 301: Running the Numbers on Nov. 30. Separate registration fees for the pre-conference workshop apply.
