Taïm, renowned Mediterranean fast casual restaurant, expands to NYC’s largest borough in Long Island City, Queens.
Award winning restaurant and NYC gem, Taïm, is now serving more of NYC with the opening of its’ newest location and first in Queens. Taïm will open in JACX&CO, the premier curated dining concept space located in the new Long Island City office complex, The JACX, on Wednesday November 11th. “We love the diversity of Long Island City and we are delighted to serve our bold, craveable Mediterranean food that is greatly inspired by heritage and culture, ”says Chef Einat Admony (deemed “the queen of falafel” by The New York Times).
Chef Einat Admony (a 2020 James Beard nominee, two-time Chopped winner, and former judge of shows such as Beat Bobby Flay) opened the first Taïm in 2005 in the West Village to serve Israeli inspired Mediterranean street food made from scratch using the finest quality herbs, spices and produce. Taïm crafts falafel that is impossibly crisp-on-the-outside, luscious-on-the-inside and comes in two signature flavors; herbaceous Traditional (cilantro, parsley & mint) and Harissa (not too spicy, made with Tunisian spices). Taïm is known for serving artisan crafted Mediterranean classics that are elevated with their unique preparation, such as mouth watering Impossible Kebabs, savory Cauliflower Shawarma, indulgent Eggplant Sabich, bright mezze (tabouli, tzatziki, red pepper babaganoush, etc.), made to order smoothies, famous fries & more.
Taïm recently launched their new bowls which feature their already popular entrees now crafted around either warm, toasted cumin rice or creamy hummus (described as the most impossibly creamiest on the planet). Taïm is also known for its customization – since every dish is made to order allowing guests to mix and match ingredients and toppings to their own personal likes and dietary needs.
