Dustin brings nearly 20 years of financial leadership experience, working with high-growth organizations where finance serves as a strategic partner to the business. His deep financial leadership experience includes installing scalable financial systems for accounting, treasury, cash flow management, and building strong banking relationships. Prior to joining Talent Corps, Dustin held leadership roles in the telecommunications and construction services industries, helping organizations strengthen financial operations, improve reporting, and successfully navigate rapid growth.
Beyond his professional experience, Dustin and his wife, Myra, live in Frisco with their son, Wyatt, and their Shih-Poo, Betty. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and following local sports teams.
