TalentLaunch, a nationwide network of independently operated staffing and recruitment firms, recently added two key staffing industry executives to their leadership team. Erin Kamenoff has been hired as the VP of Talent Operations with responsibilities for several departments including the creation and implementation of the Talent Acquisition Center to deliver qualified talent across the network for both internal and external roles. TalentLaunch also welcomes Kortney Harmon, who will serve as Director of Learning and Development to expand training and development resources.

Erin brings 30 years in Technical and Professional staffing experience from Advantage Resourcing where she worked in multiple roles including most recently as SVP, Automotive, which had $100M in annual revenues and 10% EBITDA. Erin also developed and led the National Recruiting Center, a centralized fulfillment organization supporting over $250M in Rev and multiple verticals (Auto, Banking/Finance, Oil & Gas, Defense).

Kortney comes to TalentLaunch from MRINetwork where she was a Professional Development Manager responsible for 60+ offices across the Central Midwest. During her tenure there she worked with C-Suite, Executives, and Owners as a business consultant to help with business insights, operations and training, through assessment while recommending business and talent solutions. During her time at MRI, she has run over 1,700 training sessions where she collaborated with desk level associates and identified major skill strengths as well as weaknesses while delivering training programs to help excel their desk development and revenue production. Prior to that, she worked at ProSource Solutions, now known as Improving. Here she helped train recruiters and sales managers on technology systems and developed and implemented comprehensive recruiting and marketing strategies that successfully attracted, screened, and marketed top candidates and clients to their fast-growing company.

“I am excited to have Erin and Kortney as part of our TalentLaunch Services Leadership team,” said Doug Dandurand, President of TalentLaunch. “With their knowledge and accomplishments, we have the opportunity to build a best-in-class Talent Operations Center to support our network right now and eventually staffing and recruitment firms outside of our network in the near future.”
