Following a standout first in-person event, TalentTrack returns to Omaha on May 25-26, 2027, bringing together leaders, recruiters, and strategic partners from across the travel healthcare staffing industry for an expanded conference experience featuring 30+ speakers, seven sessions, a larger venue, and the return of the TalentTrack awards.
LANCASTER, Pa., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Following the success of its first in-person conference in 2026, TrackFive is bringing TalentTrack back to Omaha, Nebraska, May 25–26, 2027, for an expanded two-day event focused on candid conversation, meaningful connection, and the issues shaping the future of healthcare staffing.
TalentTrack 2027 will take place at the Omaha Marriott Downtown, moving into a larger venue to accommodate the event's continued growth and create more room for education, networking, and industry collaboration.
The 2027 conference will feature seven sessions, more than 30 speakers, expanded networking opportunities, and the second annual TalentTrack Awards, bringing together agency executives, recruiters, operations professionals, technology and service partners, and other leaders from across the healthcare staffing industry.
After launching virtually in 2025, TalentTrack came to life in person for the first time in Omaha in 2026. The event brought the healthcare staffing community together for two days of candid discussions, peer-to-peer learning, networking, and conversations centered on the real challenges and opportunities facing the industry.
The response to that inaugural in-person event helped shape an even bigger vision for 2027.
"Last year proved there is a real appetite for this type of event," said CEO Oliver Feakins.
"People weren't looking for another conference where they sat through presentations and went home. They wanted honest conversations with people who understand the challenges they're facing every day. Seeing that happen in Omaha reinforced exactly why we created TalentTrack, and in 2027, we're giving that community even more room to connect, learn, and push the industry forward."
Attendees from TalentTrack 2026 echoed that sentiment.
"TalentTrack set a high bar with sharp speakers, relevant topics, and seamless execution. The conversations reflected exactly what healthcare staffing agencies are up against right now. The willingness of this industry to come together, share openly, and help each other navigate what's ahead makes events like this worthwhile. It was candid and refreshingly real."
— Steve Vittorioso, Senior Director of Marketing, Ceipal
"TalentTrack created a room where competitors became collaborators, ideas moved freely, assumptions were challenged, and we could have honest conversations about where healthcare staffing is actually headed. What made it different was the transparency. Leaders weren't just talking about successes. They were openly sharing what's working, what's broken, and what they're learning. It wasn't just a conference. It was a conversation our industry needed to have. TalentTrack is absolutely a conference you should have on your calendar."
— Braxton Akins, Director of Provider Experience, Tusk Enterprises
For 2027, TalentTrack will build on the format established in 2026 with a broader lineup of industry voices, more space to connect, and additional opportunities for attendees to engage with one another throughout the event.
Attendees can expect:
- Seven sessions covering timely conversations across healthcare staffing
- 30+ speakers representing agencies, technology partners, recruiters, analysts, and other industry voices
- More time and space dedicated to networking, peer discussion, and relationship-building
- Expanded opportunities for sponsors and industry partners to connect with attendees
- The return of the TalentTrack Awards, featuring eight categories and recognizing the people and organizations making an impact across the industry
Rather than focusing solely on traditional presentations, TalentTrack is designed to create an environment where attendees can hear different perspectives, ask questions, exchange ideas, and have the conversations that often happen behind closed doors.
"What stood out most in 2026 was the energy in the room," Feakins added.
"People came ready to have honest conversations, challenge ideas, share what was working, and connect with others who truly understand this industry. That's the momentum we're carrying into 2027. We want TalentTrack to be the place where the conversations shaping the future of travel healthcare staffing actually happen."
Registration for TalentTrack 2027 is now live, with Early Bird General Admission available for $299 through the end of October.
