SYDNEY, March 12, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- How can people make happiness last? Tamar Salas, educator, transformational life coach and martial arts expert, takes readers on a quest to find lasting fulfillment within the pages of her book, "The Key to Happiness" (published by Balboa Press AU).
In this 56-page booklet, the author reveals a true story of finding lasting happiness as inspired her personal journey of finding her way out of the darkness from depression. Having learned at a young age that man is not only the creator of his or her own happiness, but also the perpetrator of his or her own pain and suffering, Salas felt compelled to share her insights to readers.
In "The Key to Happiness," she describes common issues and frames of mind that prevent man from achieving internal happiness and personal fulfillment. Here, she shows that the key to happiness revolves around learning to share unconditionally, learning to love one's self, coming to understand love, and learning to nurture one another and walk side by side without prolonging one's personal suffering.
"The pressing question of 'how to be happy' lives inside every human soul," the author describes. "'The Key to Happiness' is a book about freeing ourselves from our own traps and finding long-term fulfilment.
With this guidebook, Salas hopes to encourage readers improve their lives and wellbeing by practicing self-reflection and self-acceptance. To purchase a copy and know more, visit https://www.balboapress.com/en-au/bookstore/bookdetails/757100-the-key-to-happiness.
