NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Tanya Langman joined HNTB Corporation as client financial consultant and associate vice president, specializing in the toll industry. She is based in the firm's New York City office in the Empire State Building and works with transportation clients throughout the country.
Langman brings more than a decade of credit risk analysis experience, including analysis for standard toll roads and managed lanes, toll roads criteria development, credit analysis for all transportation and infrastructure sectors, and providing indicative private rating assessments as well as final rating reports. She has extensive experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, traffic studies, legal documents and transactional structural elements for new issues and rating surveillance. She also has analyzed complex financial models and developed internal model tools, sensitivity analysis and projections.

Prior to joining HNTB, Langman served as director, global infrastructure and project finance – transportation, at Fitch Ratings in New York. In that role, she was sector head of U.S. toll roads and provided analysis covering debt issued by public authorities and public-private partnerships. Additionally, she was lead analyst for standard toll roads and managed lanes, including greenfield projects and brownfield/operating facilities under user-pay and availability payment financings. Previously, she worked with Moody's Investor Service in New York as senior associate, public finance – surveillance. In that role, she conducted surveillance of outstanding local government ratings, including school districts, cities, counties, municipal utility districts and special districts.

Langman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University in New York. She is active in the Municipal Analyst Group of New York and the National Federation of Municipal Analysts.
