Ms. Fleming began her career as an outside sales representative. She has served in a sales capacity for companies in the insurance, technology, and retail sectors. While the majority of her professional career has been spent working at companies in the Houston area, Ms. Fleming has also spent time working in Chicago and San Francisco. In addition to her sales experience, Ms. Fleming worked as an underwriting assistant for an international insurance company and a paralegal/legal assistant for a Houston-based law firm. She obtained her Bachelor degree in Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
