She successfully led her team of 20 to proactively adapt to the new COVID-19 procedures and changes, enabling them to manage their portfolio and capital projects while providing excellent customer service and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Dedicated to learning and continuous improvement, Kimberlee is currently working towards obtaining her Certified Property Manager certificate through IREM and has been an Accredited Residential Manager for years. She also renewed her real estate management broker license in early 2021.
