Promotions include five Associates, one Senior Associate, and two Principals.

SAN FRANCISCO
Matt Johnson, AIA, LEED AP BD+C has been promoted to Principal in recognition of his outstanding leadership and communication skills as well as his consistently high standards for project and quality management. Johnson has over 20 years of healthcare architecture experience. He joined Taylor Design in September 2011.
Eric Peabody, LEED AP BD+C has been promoted to Principal in appreciation of his passion and leadership in medical planning and integrating Lean processes across the firm. Peabody joined the firm in June 2013 and specializes in highly technical projects that involve complex architecture, planning, and systems for science and healthcare markets.
Stephanie L'Estrange, IIDA, CID received a promotion to Senior Associate and was appointed Interior Design Practice Leader in appreciation of her comprehensive approach to building meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues, and consultants, and striving for design excellence while solving difficult design challenges. L'Estrange joined the firm in January 2018, bringing over 20 years of leadership and design experience in commercial architecture and workplace interiors.
Karva Sykes, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, EDAC has been named an Associate in appreciation of her comprehensive approach to solving difficult design challenges and teamwork in building meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues, and consultants. A Project Manager and Architect, Sykes joined the firm in August 2013.
IRVINE
John Gresko, AIA, LEED AP has been named an Associate in recognition of his leadership skills. As Office Leader for Taylor Design's Irvine office location, he oversees all aspects of the company's Orange County operations, from business development to management of the office. With 20 years of design experience, Gresko currently manages some of the firm's most complex hospital expansion and healthcare renovation efforts. He joined the firm in 2016.
Jen Leonard has been named an Associate in appreciation of her commitment to design quality and collaborative approach to working with clients and project teams. Leonard joined Taylor Design in April 2017 as Design Strategy Practice Leader and quickly helped to bring the firm's strategy-based design process into stronger focus.
Steve Bennett has been named an Associate in recognition of his technical proficiency, diligent effort in supporting project teams, and spearheading the growth of Taylor Design's technical capabilities. Bennett joined the firm as BIM Manager in August 2017.
SAN DIEGO
Alejandra Nadal has been named an Associate in appreciation of her thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to driving the firm's success with healthcare clients. A Senior Project Manager, Nadal joined the firm in July 2016, bringing over 21 years of leadership and design experience to Taylor Design.
