Taylor Morrison Debuts Chalet and Villa Series Homes at Its Grand Vista Master-Planned Community in Richmond
Richmond, TX (PRWEB) April 30, 2014 -- Taylor Morrison’s long-awaited Grand Vista master-planned community in Richmond has opened the models for two of its four home collections, the Houston homebuilder has announced.
The Chalet and the Villa series are now open for touring, with the Premiere and Grande series following next month at the 600-acre community, located just south of Beechnut and east of the Grand Parkway in Richmond.

The Villa series offers homebuyers a larger home, with the collection’s floor plans ranging from approximately 1,820 to 2,506 square feet. The homes in the Villa series also offer up to four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and single and two-story floor plans.
Grand Vista offers residents plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment with retail locations situated along Grand Parkway and destinations like Katy Mills just a short drive away. Two well-respected hospitals – Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital and Houston Methodist St. Catherine Hospital – are both less than 10 minutes from the community.
