Teacher Created Materials supports educators through multiple giveaways for Teacher Appreciation Week.
HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., May 1, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Teacher Created Materials (TCM), a leading educational publisher based in Huntington Beach, California, honors teachers by celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week. Teacher Appreciation Week is a national event, one week each year in May, where everyone is encouraged to support the educators in their lives.
"Teachers do amazing work in classrooms across our nation each and every day," said Deanne R. Mendoza, Executive Vice President of Strategic Development. "One small way we can show our appreciation is supporting teachers by putting practical resources in their hands, giving them an opportunity to balance their personal and professional lives."
During Teacher Appreciation Week, TCM will recognize 11 selected schools throughout the nation for their trailblazing leadership, high expectations, and community support. The schools will be honored with an award and 522 educators will receive a $100 gift card.
TCM will also host a giveaway where parents, families, and community members can honor their favorite educator by nominating them to receive a $40 TCM gift card, which can be used to purchase a variety of resources from TCM and their imprints Shell Education and Free Spirit Publishing. Winners will be selected at the end of the week. Both the winning teacher and the nominator will receive a gift card. More information on how to nominate will be shared on TCM's social media accounts on May 8th.
A self-care/wellness on-demand webinar, free lessons and activities, free eBooks, and special sales are other ways that TCM will celebrate teachers during the week. Educators will have access to these special items through email and social media.
Follow TCM's social media from May 8-12 for all the Teacher Appreciation Week festivities. You can find TCM on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter @tcmpub.
