Team Coaching International Expands Leadership Team
Sausalito, Calif. (PRWEB) February 19, 2015 -- Team Coaching International (TCI), creator and thought leader of team coaching and Team Diagnostic™ assessments, today announced George Johnson as its new CEO and Chief Sales Officer. Johnson is a successful entrepreneur, business advisor and coach. He’s also a former program leader at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) where he is a graduate of both its Coaching and Leadership Programs.
Johnson has owned and operated more than a half dozen businesses and helped other business coaches build successful ventures through his training program, “A Better Way to Live and Work.” In his new role, Johnson will be responsible for strategy, marketing, building a sales team, and developing and managing partnerships.
"I’ve always been amazed at what individuals and teams can accomplish when they have a clear vision, clear strategies and accountabilities," Johnson said. “The beauty of TCI’s suite of products and coaching methodology is that they provide a practical way for a team to see where it is today and a clear pathway moving forward. It’s a reliable, repeatable structure proven in the real world of teams."
According to TCI co-founder Alexis Phillips, “George brings two key strengths to his role here — his business building experience and his 14-year team coaching experience.” With the addition of Johnson, Phillips feels TCI can further help its client teams unlock their potential with the right tools and the right people.
TCI is known internationally for its highly respected suite of Team Diagnostic™ assessment tools and trainings that improve team productivity and positivity in a data-driven, measureable way. Commenting on TCI’s reputation, Johnson cited a key factor in his decision to join TCI is the company’s ability to demonstrate measurable results.
