TechGenies to Acquire Mindtap Marketing, Adds Digital Marketing Capabilities
Richardson-based software development firm TechGenies has announced plans to acquire Frisco, TX digital agency Mindtap Marketing. The move will add significant technical capabilities to Mindtap's roster while positioning TechGenies to offer digital marketing services to its growing client base.
RICHARDSON, Texas, Dec. 21, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Richardson-based software development firm TechGenies has announced plans to acquire Frisco, TX digital agency Mindtap Marketing. The move will add significant technical capabilities to Mindtap's roster while positioning TechGenies to offer digital marketing services to its growing client base.

TechGenies will acquire Mindtap's assets and customers, and the agency will continue to operate under the Mindtap Marketing brand with founder Lee Delahoussaye at the helm. In addition to their existing clients, Mindtap will act as the agency of record for TechGenies and sister companies Trendata, Insala, NuMinds Enrichment, and Hexa.
