Technica Corporation awarded task order to support FBI's data, optical and communications networks

Technica Corporation, a leader in high-end systems engineering and operations for mission-critical networks and applications, announced it has been awarded a Network Services and Engineering Support Task Order (TO) under the Federal Bureau of Investigation IT Supplies and Support Services (FBI IT Triple S) contract supporting the Transport Services Technology Unit (TSTU) to provide support for the FBI's data, optical and communications networks. If all options are exercised, the contract is worth up to $38 million over four and a half years.

The TO core services include network engineering, network management, and network implementation/integration services to help TSTU support over 42,000 users across four classification levels of network transport infrastructure, spanning a minimum of four FBI Networks.
