Teegardin & Associates—an Austin-based firm specializing in tax, accounting and family office services—will grow BKD's capabilities in the Austin market.

Teegardin & Associates' personnel, consisting of one partner, one managing director and approximately 12 staff, will remain at their current location at 500 North Capital of Texas Highway, Building 4-100, Austin, TX 78746, with Jon McDowell, based in San Antonio, serving as their office managing partner. With approximately 2,900 personnel—including approximately 300 partners—BKD provides a wide range of assurance, tax and accounting outsourcing services.
