As a regionally accredited college with such a positive history of helping non-traditional students receive credit and earn degrees for their coursework, Excelsior College is an ideal partner in our effort to deliver affordable college learning to everyone in the U.S.

TEL Library, a non-profit educational organization based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma has announced an agreement with Excelsior College, a regionally accredited, not-for-profit online college based in Albany, New York, to provide transcripted college credit for TEL courses.

Excelsior College enrolls approximately 36,000 students in a variety of undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

“We are excited to announce this partnership with Excelsior College,” said Rob Reynolds, Executive Director of TEL. “As a regionally accredited college with such a positive history of helping non-traditional students receive credit and earn degrees for their coursework, Excelsior College is an ideal partner in our effort to deliver affordable college learning to everyone in the U.S.”

As part of the relationship, Excelsior College conducts a comprehensive review of TEL courses, instructors, and testing processes. As courses are approved, they become eligible to receive transcripted credit from Excelsior via the college’s One Transcript service. Students completing TEL courses with a passing grade may request a course transcript directly from Excelsior College.

“Excelsior is a regionally accredited college that makes it easy for students nationwide to earn and transfer course credit,” Reynolds said. "Our agreement with them is an important milestone in our journey to deliver affordable college education to everyone in the U.S.”
