Telecom26 Selects ip.access for 5G Maritime Solution Development
Telecom26 and ip.access agree to align development efforts to deliver secure end-to-end turnkey 5G maritime solutions
BARCELONA, Spain, Feb. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Telecom26 has today announced that it selected ip.access, the leading small cells provider, as a partner vendor to align development efforts to provide secure end-to-end turnkey 5G maritime solutions. Building upon the successful relationship that already is in place between both parties, the collaboration effort will enable a more integrated 5G solution offering that will leverage capabilities at the 5G radio level to deliver a highly efficient and secure end-to-end service offering.

As a part of the collaborative agreement, both parties have agreed to leverage each other's expert resources to future proof small cell solutions and remote connectivity offerings under limited bandwidth availability. The solution will be based on the ip.access OEM/SDR platform and the global connectivity mobile core of Telecom26. Telecom26 will also provide ip.access access to their global connectivity network and R&D facilities where the joint solution will be showcased.

By facilitating customer specific traffic separation and network isolation, all data traversed across the network will be of the highest privacy and integrity as if it were on their own local network.
