Austin TX (PRWEB) December 29, 2013 -- The Origin and Innovation Design firm is headed by Sara J. Chamberlain, which has extensive experience in Internet Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, and Website Design. “We are very happy to establish this new relationship with Sara and her company,” says Ryan Wiggins, CIO of Tenants.com. “She understands our desire to become a unique provider of resources for tenants and landlords, and will give us the marketing expertise to make it readily available to customers throughout the USA,” he continues.
The Tenants.com site provides help for tenants including rental insurance, how to find a good roommate, how to deal with an eviction notice, performing repairs, tenant legal assistance, tenant rights, and a forum for tenants to interact. Landlords can find a place to exchange ideas, get software reviews, and find articles and books on how to be a successful property manager.
Additionally, the Tenants.com site provides a rental home or apartment search that includes the ability to see what nearby stores, coffee shops, and places of interest are located nearby.
By providing real help to tenants and landlords, Tenants.com plans to become the ‘go to’ resource for rental issues. The site is rapidly expanding and will be providing instructional videos and additional articles and insights to supply the most beneficial experience and informative answers for visitors.
