Over 100,000 Procedures Performed with Minimally Invasive Tenex Health TX® Technology, Dr. Bernard Morrey Retires as Director and CMO, and Jeremy Stitcher Appointed Director of U.S. Sales

Dr. Bernard Morrey, Chief Medical Officer of Tenex Health, said, "Our goal at the very inception of developing this technology was to achieve market adoption while assuring it was both safe and effective. Dr. Bernard Morrey Retires as Director and CMO
With this significant milestone validating the adoption of the technology within the market, Dr. Morrey has announced that he will be retiring from his day-to-day activities with Tenex Health and transitioning those responsibilities to the company's strong base of medical advisors and physician consultants. Dr. Morrey will remain involved with Tenex Health in an emeritus role.

Jeremy Stitcher, formerly Western Regional Sales Manager for the Company, has been appointed as Director of U.S. Sales. Jeremy has over 15 years of sales and sales management experience.
