COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- TENFOLD, an award-winning strategy and creative firm that reveals and reflects the magic of brand and culture, is moving its headquarters to the Short North Arts District. Hubbard Park Place, located at 797 Wall Street, is a joint development project of Wood Companies and the Schiff Capital Group, and is located in the heart of the Short North. Once renovations are complete, the building will include 12,000 square feet of office space and 101 luxury apartments. TENFOLD is set to take occupancy in February 2019.
The new TENFOLD headquarters features 4,500 square feet and includes two distinctive work spaces. The first is a design studio that includes individual workspaces, a massive kitchen with a16-foot family-style table, banquette seating and a reading nook. Two floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open from the design studio into the building's courtyard, essentially providing the option of working indoors or outdoors. The second, smaller space is the collaboration studio, which will be used for team meetings, conference calls, and client presentations. The two designated spaces allow variety and flexibility for the TENFOLD team to engage in many different activities, tailored to the specific space, creating the perfect experience for all. The spaces will comfortably accommodate the 14 people currently on staff, with room to double that number as the company continues to grow.
