Terraforma Church Continues to Engage Community with Initial Launch

Their Sunday service is not the traditional Mass many may be used to, but a dynamic and enthusiastic way to start the week, with a live band and a powerful, relatable message from Mr. Ulrich. Ulrich was awakened by the dream of a church in Northern Virginia that would not only gather people together to grow closer to Jesus but would also scatter them out on a mission to build a better world.
Ulrich makes those words a reality with their Scatter & Serve projects. Terraforma partners with non-profit organizations that help meet the needs of the community. Whether it be volunteer work, prayers, or financial donations, Terraforma establishes a relationship because of the Church's values to love, serve, and give within the community. If a month has a 5th Sunday, Terraforma chooses not to gather at their usual service, but instead encourages their planned Scatter & Serve volunteer initiatives in hopes of bettering their neighborhoods.
The Church also has a strong focus on their youth programs, welcoming people of all ages and backgrounds regardless of where they are at in their journeys, and wants to connect, grow, and empower the next generation. Terraforms aims to change the traditional view among teens and show that religion can be a fun, exciting way to make a difference, not only in their lives but the lives of others.
