TestEquity Announces the Acquisition of EWD Solutions
(PRWEB) August 04, 2014 -- TestEquity LLC announced today the acquisition of EWD Solutions, based in Carrollton, Texas. This acquisition adds a full range of additional products including solder stations and solder, hand tools, work benches, task lighting, microscopes, shelving, ESD control products, chemicals and cleaning supplies in addition to TestEquity’s broad portfolio of electronic test equipment and environmental chambers.
“By combining each of our strengths and resources, we will be able to further penetrate the North American markets and become an even more valuable supplier to our customers” said Dan Copsey, President and CEO of TestEquity.

The new company name will be EWD Solutions a division of TestEquity LLC.
Both portfolios will be integrated under a single website – http://www.testequity.com. Every page on the website will have a convenient way to navigate between the two product portfolios, while providing a single shopping cart for online orders.
