TFH, short for Twerk From Home, is casting performers for its upcoming livestream dance competition show. Launching this fall, the series will feature 1v1 battles where dancers compete for a $10,000 grand prize and earn through performance pay, audience gifting, and win bonuses. TFH aims to legitimize exotic dance as a skill-based performance art and give talented creators a new stage.
LAS VEGAS, July 1, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- TFH (short for Twerk From Home), a Las Vegas-based live-streamed dance competition startup, today announced its official pre-launch and is now casting performers for the inaugural TFH Twerk Championship, where selected dancers will go head-to-head in live-streamed battles and compete for a $10,000 grand prize.
TFH merges the excitement of live sports with the creativity of digital dance culture, offering a fully interactive format where fans watch, vote, and support their favorite performers with virtual gifts in real time.
Focused on elevating and legitimizing performance styles traditionally categorized as exotic dance, TFH begins with twerking — a globally recognized, yet often under-appreciated style rooted in cultural expression and physical skill. The platform is non-nude, non-explicit, and fully moderated, providing a safe and professional space for dancers to showcase their artistry — often performing from their own living rooms to a global audience.
"We're building the UFC meets American Idol of exotic dance — where fans engage, talent gets paid, and underrepresented styles finally get the spotlight they deserve," said Joe Mahavuthivanij, co-founder and CEO of TFH. "This is about eliminating stigma and helping dancers earn like the athletes they truly are."
The TFH Twerk Championship is scheduled to run from September 13 through October 4, 2025, featuring weekly 1v1 livestream battles on platforms including YouTube, Twitch, and Kick. Audience votes — not judges — will determine the winners of each round.
