First-Of-Its-Kind Communities Debut a Completely New Class of Real Estate to the Southeastern U.S.
ATLANTA, July 21, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Agency North Atlanta proudly announces it has been selected by leading local developer, PW Development to represent its two latest multi-use, flex-space communities, Personal Warehouses and Stables Motor Condos, which will ultimately bring approximately 130,000 square feet of first-of-its-kind garage condos to the rapidly growing North Atlanta metro region. Jeff Beal and Chad Lagomarsino, Managing Partners of The Agency North Atlanta, will lead the sales and marketing of the two commercial developments designed for small businesses and motorsports enthusiasts across metro Atlanta, with a combined estimated sell-out value of more than $50M.
Stables Motor Condos and Personal Warehouses have entered into a joint development agreement allowing both firms to co-develop the two communities. With existing Personal Warehouse projects in Colorado and Texas, these multi-use, flex-space developments are the first two projects of many to come, between these two partners, in Georgia and the southeastern United States.

The first development, which is located in Alpharetta, Georgia, comprises more than 73,000 square feet of multi-use space and is currently offered as a private garage/storage condominium facility with 38 private garage condos, in addition to 29 personal warehouses designed for work, store and play. The estimated completion date is Spring 2023 and more than 20% of the units are already reserved. Located at 5705 Stables Way, the project officially breaks ground on July 21, 2022 and has an estimated total sales value of $30M.
The second development located in Buford, Georgia, encompasses more than 56,000 square feet and is set to break ground on August 4, 2022, with a scheduled completion in Spring 2023. Located at 4375 South Lee Street Burford, the project will feature 28 private garage condos and 17 personal warehouse units. The estimated total sales value is $23M.
