BURLINGTON, N.C., July 16, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- National Agents Alliance, aka The Alliance, will host its "Family Reunion" on July 19-21 at the Alliance Convention Center (ACC) at the company's corporate headquarters.
"Family Reunion" is a four-day event that features training and leadership for The Alliance's agents, who will travel from all over the United States to attend the event. Guest speakers will include North Carolina State men's basketball coach Kevin Keatts, motivational speaker and pastor Tim Goad and The Alliance's President and CEO Andy Albright.
In January, the company held its "National Convention" in the ACC and recognized its top managers and salespeople at a black tie gala during the weekend. These events provide a major boost to the local economy in Burlington, where agents book hotel rooms, rental cars and spend even more money at local restaurants and stores.
Albright, who was born and raised in Burlington, said he can't wait for the event to get started.
"These events provide our agents with valuable training and coaching that leads to them being more successful with The Alliance," Albright said. "Our events are educational, inspirational and motivational. I learn something new and grow as a person each time I attend events like this. We've put together a great lineup of speakers, and it offers our team the chance to get to know each other better."

The event "unofficially" kicks off on Thursday afternoon with a "Delivering The Difference" community-service project that will bring together 400 volunteers for a "Pack-A-Thon" to produce 120,000 meals for Feed The Hunger to distribute around the world to people in need. The Alliance and Foresters, one of the company's carrier partners, will team up with Feed The Hunger, based out of Burlington, N.C., to assemble the packets of food in only two hours. The Alliance and Foresters have also worked on projects to help refurbish schools and playgrounds around the world, USO-based care packages for soldiers and their loved ones and centers like the Boys & Girls Club. After the "Pack-A-Thon," volunteers will enjoy a dinner social together to celebrate completing the project.
On Friday, agents will start the day at either a men's or women's seminar where numerous speakers will share inspirational stories. After lunch, attendees will move to the main hall to hear more speakers – including Keatts' keynote address before dinner is served.
The Friday night session features the VIP Kickoff ceremony, where the top managers with The Alliance will be recognized on stage. There will also be a concert from the Goads, a musical family with a ministry based out of Orlando, Fla. The evening ends with agent recognition and a keynote address from Albright.
On Saturday, things get rocking again with more inspirational speakers and entertainment from the Goads. All of The Alliance's carrier partners will have representatives at the event, giving agents the chance to meet with them and ask any questions that they might have about products or services.
The event wraps up on Sunday with a non-denominational worship service featuring a sermon from Tim Goad and more music from the Goads, before Albright officially closes out the event.
Albright said the atmosphere will be like attending a concert, Vegas show and leadership conference all in one weekend and in the same venue.
"The building will be packed and it will be high energy," Albright said. "Our staff has pulled out all the stops to make this our best event since we started doing this back in 2002. It's going to be a lot of fun."
