Executives elevate caliber of firm ahead of acquisition, development, and management opportunities for 2023
WELLINGTON, Fla., March 20, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Bainbridge Companies (Bainbridge), a fully-integrated family of real estate companies who engage in virtually every step of the real estate process, from development and construction, acquisition and disposition, to asset management and third-party property management of multifamily real estate, has recently named Heidi Jehlicka as Vice President of Marketing and Krista Washbourne as Vice President of Learning and Development.
In 2022, Bainbridge secured more than $2 billion in transactions while expanding its footprint and partnerships in North Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, Texas, and Virginia all the while continuing its strong presence throughout Florida.

Jehlicka brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry to her new role. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations at Orbit Investments, LLC. Prior to that, she was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Southern Land Company, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Employee Development for The Bainbridge Companies, and Director of Marketing at Advenir Living. Jehlicka has overseen diverse portfolios of multifamily, build-to-rent, and mix-use across the U.S. She holds a MBA from Fitchburg State University and is skilled in all facets of marketing, operations, training, team development, and revenue management. Jehlicka is based in Wellington and will oversee property and corporate marketing, and public relations for The Bainbridge Companies.
Washbourne brings more than 20 years of experience in multifamily and organizational development. Most recently, Krista has worked with Lincoln Property Company as their Vice President of Learning and Talent Development, as well as with Interplay Learning, a high-growth VR/simulation training start-up. During her career, Krista has also served as Learning and Development Manager for Gables Residential, as well as Director of Education for JPI/Greystar. In these roles, Washbourne successfully designed and implemented metric-driven solutions for talent onboarding and performance management, change management, large-scale technology implementations, and innovative sales and operations programs. Washbourne holds a Bachelor's Degree in both psychology and public relations from Kansas State University. Washbourne is based in Austin, Texas and will oversee the learning and development platform across all verticals for The Bainbridge Companies.
