Sam Stahl is a 30-year veteran of multifamily construction and maintenance who has spent the latter part of his career coaching, instructing, and developing specialized training for the apartment industry. He has been engaged on numerous occasions by the Indiana Apartment Association to instruct CAMT (Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician) courses and hands-on workshops. His dedication to teaching and his continual focus on elevating the maintenance profession are exceptionally aligned with BAM Management's core principles.
