Ben Cotton brings a deep knowledge in the investor relations and capital markets space having led the capital raise efforts for the purchase of over $3 Billion of multifamily real estate projects across the United States. His vast experience and specialized knowledge of the multifamily product type make him an excellent addition to the growing team of experts at The BAM Companies.

Ben has a BSBA Degree in Finance from the University of Louisville. He has also studied Commercial Leadership at Greenbank, Key Account Management with HEC Paris, and passed FINRA's SIE, 22, and 63. He currently resides in Ohio with his wife and three children.
