The Belize Collection announces the December 2026 expansion of The Banks Resort, introducing additional private villas in the Belizean jungle.

The second phase of the property is slated to open in December 2026, doubling its villas and introducing a new suite category designed to welcome a broader range of travelers.
The second phase expands The Banks' accommodations from 14 to 29, introducing ten new One-Bedroom Jungle Suites with Pool, approximately 800 square feet, and additional two- and three-bedroom accommodations alongside the resort's existing villas.
Designed for two guests, the new Jungle Suites feature a king bed, kitchenette, private plunge pool, courtyard, outdoor shower, and secondary patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The expanded offering will welcome a wider range of travelers, from couples and multi-generational families to long-stay guests, private groups and corporate retreats, while maintaining the privacy and intimate atmosphere at the heart of The Banks experience.
