This marks the fifth straight year atop the survey rankings for BGC, which is the only firm to appear on the list every single year since the survey debuted back in 2001 and has never been ranked outside the Top 5.
In 2018, BCG outpaced the competition among the six facets of employee satisfaction the survey measures: Firm Culture, Career Development, Compensation & Benefits, Client Engagement, Firm Leadership and Work/Life Balance.
