The Cannabis Business Awards®️, with an expansion into five cities, is the preeminent and largest awards show in the cannabis and hemp industry. The CBA Globe Awards, a custom made globe trophy, is given to honor industry pioneers for historical progression and innovation.
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 17, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The upcoming series of Cannabis Business Awards®️ commemorations begin with the VIP Red Carpet Social on September 27th, at the famous Grammy® Museum in Downtown Los Angeles. This intimate red-carpet event and networking celebration, held in partnership with the Cannabis World Congress & Business (CWCB) Expo, will be awarding five honorees in the industry after treating guests to insightful panels with industry leaders.

Following the VIP Red Carpet Social in L.A. will be the Cannabis Business Awards®️ Florida at the Sacred Space in Miami on October 27th. Co-Hosting the event is Rohan Marley, son of Reggae and Ganja King Bob Marley and former University of Miami Hurricanes football star. Presenters include Miami Dolphins legend Ricky Williams, New Orleans Saints Boo Williams, and top industry activists and executives. Hosting the red carpet will be author and former A&E reporter Laura Saltman, who will be interviewing industry leaders.
Categories include Business Executive of The Year, The Hope Award, Medical Dispensary of The Year, Political Representative of The Year, Most Innovative Product, Woman of the Year, and a Lifetime Achievement Award. DJ Jarobi White from the legendary group Tribe Called Quest will provide first-class entertainment.
The CBA will venture to the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on December 10, 2019, for a massive international awards show. The CBA is proud to join other prominent awards ceremonies at the MGM, such as the Billboard Music Awards and Academy of Country Music Awards™. The Denver show follows on January 31st, 2020, for a legendary hometown event to honor the first state-legal businesses in the United States. The CBA Globes will then return to Los Angeles on March 11th, 2020, for our historic, preeminent inaugural California ceremony at the iconic Hollywood Palladium. This event will host celebrities, athletes, and executives pioneering this billion-dollar industry.
