PITTSBURGH, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- World champions, professional athletes, entertainers, and local personalities will share the runway with children and adults with disabilities when The David Alan Fashion Show returns to Downtown Pittsburgh on Saturday, Sept. 19.
Presented by The Pat McAfee Show, the 2026 show, titled "Dreaming, On," will mark the 10th anniversary of what has become Pittsburgh's largest fashion event. The celebration will take place from 6 to 11 p.m. at PPG Place, with the runway show beginning at the 9 p.m. hour.
The evening's signature moment will feature approximately 40 celebrities, athletes, and influencers walking alongside Casey's Clubhouse participants, giving the organization's young athletes and adults with disabilities the star treatment before a packed audience.
Proceeds from the event will support Casey's Clubhouse and its effort to build a second inclusive baseball field designed specifically for young people and adults with disabilities.
The fashion show was founded by David Alan, a nationally recognized designer and personal stylist who has worked with John Cena for nearly a decade and has dressed Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Pat McAfee, Tyrese Haliburton, and Paul Skenes.
Confirmed guests announced to date include:
- Former Pittsburgh Steelers Ryan Shazier and Roosevelt Nix
- Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Sergei Murashov and forward Mikhail Ilyin
- WWE Superstar Kiana James and former WWE Superstar Apollo Crews, plus AEW Superstar Kofi Kingston

- Casey's Clubhouse founder and former Pittsburgh Pirates All-Star Sean Casey, who will walk with six young Clubhouse athletes

Attendees will experience celebrity red-carpet arrivals, a full-scale runway production inside one of Pittsburgh's most recognizable buildings and an uplifting showcase of Casey's Clubhouse participants alongside championship athletes and nationally known entertainers.
