After 12 years with Korn Ferry, serving as Senior Client Partner, Jane is opening a new chapter by dedicating her passion and expertise to coaching leaders.
Jane will leverage her thirty plus years of experience in talent development and acquisition to focus on leadership development and personal empowerment. She will enable leaders to clarify their priorities, understand their impact on others, and focus their development efforts to maximize their organizational effectiveness. Jane strives to build trust and co-create strategies that balance short-term demands with long-term goals while aligning personal objectives with overall business priorities.

Jane is an active nonprofit director currently serving as Chair, Personnel Committee of the WINGS Program, Inc. and as a Mentor/Mentee with EWA. She has also served as Stephens College, Board Member, and member of Finance Committee, Investment Committee, and Chair of Trusteeship Committee. Jane has been a mentor with W.O.M.E.N. in America.
