The First-Ever Women in Parking Impact Award honors Smart Park, Inc. and Expresspark, Inc's Principal
The NPA Women in Parking honors Stephanie Kozak Allen, Principal of Smart Park, Inc. and Expresspark, Inc. as a Recipient of the first-ever Women in Parking Impact Awards held October 24, 2019.
ESSINGTON, Pa., Nov. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Kozak Allen, Principal of Smart Park, Inc and Expresspark, Inc., Philadelphia, PA, is being recognized by the National Parking Association (NPA) and Women in Parking's (WIP) board members as one of the first-ever Women in Parking Impact Award Recipients. This award was specifically created to recognize women dedicated to advancing women in leadership, fostering inclusion, and for demonstrating commitment to diversity and employee development. Stephanie has been a champion for women and children, as well as a role model to her staff, for the past 25 years.
In addition to Kozak Allen, the 2019 Impact Award went to Nicole Hankins, SVP, SP+ Northeast and WAF Chair, named Inaugural Recipient; and, Jessica Kuist, Desman Design Management. Kozak Allen, Hankins and Kuist accepted the Women in Parking Impact Award at a luncheon held during the NPA's Women in Parking Conference in Orlando, Florida.
