"My goal for The CLIMB attendees is to leave the summit at the intersection of Inspiration and Action," says Watchen Nyanue, Founder of I Choose the Ladder. "I want them to be inspired by the career journeys of the executives they hear from, but I ultimately, want them to have tangible things they can add to their careers to move the needle professionally".
