SAN DIEGO, Calif., Aug. 1, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Hispanic Wealth Project™ (HWP) and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP®) today announced the launch of NAHREP REACH Labs, a program to help the 40,000 NAHREP members and others in the real estate and mortgage industry engage with the startup community and source innovation faster, more efficiently and more effectively.
"The NAHREP REACH Labs Innovation Showcases offer opportunities for our 40,000 members to be at the forefront of PropTech trends, thereby giving them a significant advantage as new technologies continue to be integrated into more traditional ways of doing business," said Nuria Rivera, 2023 NAHREP President.
As part of the REACH Labs program, HWP and NAHREP will host a series of Innovation Showcases, which will provide startups the opportunity to present their products to NAHREP members and others in the industry, and in turn will help attendees adopt new technologies to help them better serve their own clients.
"REACH Labs was created in 2021 to help REALTOR-focused organizations connect more deeply with the startup ecosystem and get useful technology into the hands of members faster. The first Innovation Showcase will be held virtually during NAHREP TechCon 2023 on August 18, 2023 at 10 a.m. PST. At this event, a number of Latino PropTech startup founders will share their groundbreaking solutions aimed at revolutionizing the industry. The following Latino PropTech startups will present:
- Arx City: AI powered recommendation engine to source and evaluate real estate projects in minutes.
- FairClose: The first online marketplace for off-market residential real estate with verified sellers, validated properties, and certified buyers.
- Imagine-X: Digital twins to help with the sales process for existing and unbuilt real estate.
- Offer: A mobile-first real estate transaction platform to originate, manage, and execute the home buying process for realtors.
Individuals interested in seeing the first Innovation Showcase can register for NAHREP TechCon 2023, which includes four days of virtual programming from August 15-18 focused on the latest real estate technology innovations.
The second Innovation Showcase will take place in-person on September 28, 2023 at the NAHREP at L'ATTITUDE conference in Miami.
