The Motor City Maglev (MCM) - Taking Transportation to a Higher Level
Bridging the Gap of Time and Distance the Motor City Maglev is the first of its kind full integration of a solar powered hydrogen production and distribution systems supporting a high speed magnetic levitation on-demand public transit network.
WIXOM, Mich., Dec. 11, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- A truly Made in America project, the Motor City Maglev is a newly minted elevated rail system proposal for the Detroit Metro Area. The Motor City Maglev will utilize over half a million Tons of Steel in its construction and create over one million square feet of indoor public space. Building 100 miles of parallel track connecting 100 Traveler Station served by 300 maglev transports the MCM will be the largest modern public transit project in America.
Building primarily along the interstate highway from the east side of Detroit heading west along I-94 then looping around Ann Arbor as the 'first-leg', the MCM will connect Detroit City Airport, Detroit Metro, Willow Run and Ann Arbor City Airports together with everyone in between. Every highway interchange from Detroit to Ann Arbor will have a matching pair of Traveler Stations for direct public access. The MCM is designed to bridge the gap of time and distance for everyone in the Metro Area and leave no community behind.
The MCM outshines all other transit proposals in its original design to maximize the Interstate Highway network, which is why the inventor and founder of the company, Justin Sutton, called the system 'The Interstate Traveler' in his first sketches and notes. "The entire idea is to build something that works for everyone, that works all the time and does not skip over or bypass anyone along the way." Sutton said "With popular rideshare services available on demand, the MCM will become a natural bridge serving a population of well over 1,000,000 people in the Metro area." Extending the Detroit and Ann Arbor system to Lansing, the MCM will connect five vital airports into the largest aerotropolis in the world, increasing the value of realestate in the entire region.
The CEO of the organization Jim Jung gets right to the point of safety: "Being able to get anywhere at any time even in the worst weather that Michigan can throw at you is priceless and could literally be a lifesaver." Jung said, "One thing is for sure, a green lighted MCM in Michigan leads to a dozen more locations around the world just waiting for our system to be up and running. They will come to the Motor City to ride the first system."
The Motor City Maglev proposal serves to unite the suburbs and cities of the great State of Michigan, starting in the Motor City and heading out in all directions. Internationally known as the Hydrogen Super Highway this unified infrastructure system is self sustaining, with solar power making hydrogen all day that runs the system around the clock. Once built the MCM is projected to create over 3,000 jobs in dining, hospitality, concierge and traditional small business and retail services.
