"One Goal: Healing for All Children" Will Include a Gala and Auction with Cocktails and Hors D'Oeuvres to Benefit The New York Center for Children.
NEW YORK, April 23, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- On April 27th, The New York Center for Children (NYCC) will host its Annual Spring Benefit between 6:30 and 9:00 p.m. at The Peninsula New York in New York City. This year celebrates NYCC's 31st year of helping children heal from abuse and achieve their greatest potential. This benefit will raise funds to assist in the Center's mission of providing trauma-focused therapy services to victims of child abuse, free of charge, for as long as their healing requires.
This year, NYCC will honor NYCC's Therapeutic Team for their resilience, determination, courage and teamwork in healing children. NYCC's Team is: Edward Greenblatt, PhD, Rebecca Jacobs, LCSW, Carol Lituma, LMSW, Sarah McNamara, LCSW, Shantell Perkins, LMSW and Christina Reich-Murray, LMSW.

The night will include a gala and charity auction with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres being served throughout the night, with all proceeds of the night benefiting the Center. The Charity Auction features deluxe stays at The Peninsula New York and The Peninsula London, Sunday Buffet for 4 at Clement Restaurant, and Drinks for 4 at Pen Top, The Peninsula New York's sophisticated rooftop bar, among other luxury items. World class athletes will be in attendance.
The New York Center for Children, founded in 1995, is the only independent center in New York City to provide free, comprehensive evaluation and therapy services to children who have experienced physical and sexual abuse and their families for as long as their healing requires.
