The Personal Agility Institute Commences Operation, Leading Coaches Endorse the Personal Agility System

About the Agile Movement
The Agile movement was founded in 2001 by 17 leading software developers who were uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others to do the same. The Agile Manifesto they wrote became a movement for rethinking the values, principles and practices around everything from developing software, teaching children in schools, launching new products and even leading organizations.

Today, Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban are widely applied in business to improve effectiveness and productivity in software development and applications beyond IT. Hardly any major companies are not involved in an Agile transformation at some level.

About the Personal Agility System
The Personal Agility System is a simple coaching framework to help people figure out what really matters and use their time accordingly. Unlike other frameworks, it is not a process to follow but a collection of questions to ask yourself. These questions help you connect what you do with who you want to be or what you want to accomplish. The same framework used with others enables you to build alignment around a common purpose or goal.
