Last night, in celebration of stellar academic achievement, male and female SDSU athletes from almost every sport on campus were honored for their excellence in the classroom. PlayBooked punctuated this accomplishment by providing each scholar-athlete with a paid opportunity to share the news of their achievement on their social media platforms.

Thanks to name, image likeness (NIL) legislation passing on July 1, 2021, the new policy allows student-athletes to be compensated for their NIL without losing eligibility to play their sport.
