The SIP Forum Announces Detailed Conference Agenda for SIPNOC 2018
8th Annual SIPNOC conference to provide a key opportunity for information exchange among network operators and engineers seeking to deploy STIR/SHAKEN and explore management and monitoring best-practices for their SIP-based networks and services
NORTH ANDOVER, Mass., Oct. 24, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The SIP Forum has announced its conference agenda and detailed session descriptions for the eighth annual SIP Network Operators Conference (SIPNOC 2018), to be held December 4-6, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Dulles Hotel in Herndon, Virginia. The three-day event, an international conference aimed at service provider operations personnel, will feature presentations, speeches and panels from communications network professionals in a cooperative environment aimed at sharing information and best practices regarding SIP-based services in carrier networks.

Another key highlight of the SIPNOC 2018 agenda is The Robocall Summit - a unique opportunity to learn from the experts responsible for the development of the STIR/SHAKEN Framework designed to eliminate Robocalls and Caller ID Spoofing.
The SIPNOC Robocall Summit, to be held during SIPNOC 2018 on Tuesday, December 4th, 2018, is comprised of presentations and panel discussions given by the experts responsible for the development of the STIR/SHAKEN Framework – the leading technical specification designed to eliminate the scourge of Robocalls and Caller ID Spoofing.
The SIPNOC 2018 Robocall Summit has been specifically developed for industry stakeholders in the Robocall and Caller ID Spoofing elimination/mitigation ecosystem, including service providers seeking to deploy STIR/SHAKEN, governmental regulators and agencies, equipment manufacturers, enterprise and government agency contact centers, and application providers and data analytics firms.
