Jim Clark will be based in Salt Lake City and will focus on accelerating Travillian's sourcing and placing top level talent for Community Banks across the nation.

Jim joins the Travillian Group from WebBank where he led the Bank Partnership Program. Previously, he was an eleven year veteran of Zions Bank. Here, he held various positions including, VP of Commercial Lending and Underwriter, but the bulk of his tenure was spent as a Vice President in the Correspondent Banking group, serving hundreds of community banks across the nation. In this role, Jim built a sizable following of loyal clients with whom he assisted on a variety of needs, including, investments, operations, deposits and lending. His efforts led to triple-digit growth by increasing the overall portfolio of customers, products per customer and deposits, which resulted in a 400% increase in business and profitability.
Additionally, Jim is very well versed in the technology side of banking as well. He has always had a special interest in technology which led to him getting a bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems. At Travillian, he will be heavily relied upon to bring this expertise to our banking clients. "Technology is changing banking. Making sure our clients have the right people who understand the disruption of technology in banking is of the upmost importance."
