Every 2 years there is a Referendum on the Legislative branch and every 4 years on the Executive branch, yet there has never been a Referendum that allows the Citizens to cast their ballots on specific items that represent their true choices where the political establishment has failed to address namely representing the people and not the all mighty dollar.
The Declaration of Independence declared the rights of "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness" to all Americans, yet within the last few decades interference by outside sources bent on the destruction of our Republic.
It is the intention of the Alliance to use the informal Amendment process and encourage all Citizens to vote for several amendments to the Constitution as well as nullify many laws and regulations that violate the initial intent of the founding fathers.
Anything listed on a Referendum ballot which passes by a majority in 38 States will be Constitutional and Neither Congress nor the Courts have a say.
Life. An amendment to the Constitution that Congress recognize " Life begins at Conception "
thus the following
1. Taxpayer funding of abortions shall be banned.
2. Non profit status for planned parenthood shall be revoked permanently.
3. The father of the unborn child shall be charged with child abandonment and fined heavily.
4. Organ harvesting shall be considered murder.
Liberty. 1. The McCarren-Walter act of 1952, repealed by the 101st session of Congress in 1990 shall by the vote of the American Citizens be a Constitutional ban on any political ideology which contradicts the Constitutional rights of all Americans from immigrating into the United States, therefore all non profits promoting a political ideology which threatens the existence of our Constitutional Republic shall have their status permanently revoked.
Representation of any and all political ideology whether buildings, text or media as well as representation in any elected or appointed position in any City, County, State or Federal office within the boundaries of the United States or its Territories shall be banned.
Flags or other mention of foreign ideology shall be banned from all taxpayer funded schools, colleges, universities, municipal and federal buildings.
Liberty. 2. Under Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution by a vote of the American Citizens All members of Congress refusing to secure our southern border and violating their Oath of Office shall be charged with Article 3, Section 3 Treason.
1. All civic officials declaring their States or Cities sanctuary for illegal aliens shall be charged under Article 3, Section 3 for Treason.
2. All illegal criminal aliens currently in Federal, State or county detention shall be transferred to military custody and interred in GITMO as invading enemies.
3. All foreign drug carriers [mules] captured shall be placed in military custody for GITMO.
Amend the 22nd amendment to include limit of 2 terms for Senate and house with maximum service 12 years.
1. Eliminate current congressional pensions and replace with a maximum of $18,000 per year for term served under new limit.
House 2 terms $72,000
Senate 2 terms $216,000
3. Eliminate free airfare.
4. Eliminate speakers perks after term and nullify any leases for taxpayer funded offices other than at the Capitol.
To protect the sanctity of our election process the Federal government shall by order of the Citizens of these United States hereby direct the federal election committee to provide photo ID to all citizens.
1. Voter fraud by an Illegal Alien shall result in immediate deportation.
2. Voter fraud by any citizen shall result in fine of $5,000 and imprisonment of no less than 5 years per count.
